Achievements & Goals

MGAC is proud to have a stable financial situation, a diverse array of programs, and an

increased donor base from previous years.  In the years to come, we hope to continue to grow and diversify our base of donor support, as well as grow our outreach programs to continue broadening our connections with the surrounding community for both LGBT and allies.

How to Contribute

The Milwaukee Gay Arts Center would like to acknowledge the many community organizations, individuals, and businesses without whose support we could and would not exist.

Our financial well-being has been generously underwritten in part by Cream City Foundation and the Johnson and Pabst LGBT Humanity Fund of the Greater Milwaukee Foundation.

Numerous individuals, far too many to mention, have donated their time, money, spirit and belief in our mission.  Be they audience members, financial donors, interns, softball players, artists, musicians, actors, technical assistants, dancers, or event volunteers, they have shown us that we have a purpose and duty to our community.

They demonstrate and confirm the value of LGBT arts culture and arts education as a vital aspect of our lives.

Encouraged by such positive dedication, MGAC will evolve in our ever-changing environment and pursue the betterment of our community by building new partnerships through arts and culture.  They will be between and among all LGBT and non-LGBT arts organizations, businesses and corporations and our government.

Increasing the visibility and awareness of the LGBT arts, and thereby of our community identity, depends on us.
